Eventcove is a ticketing platform designed for local entrepreneurs who want to host events, sell tickets, and manage access. The platform offers a fully white-label solution with themed ticket shops, allowing organizers to emphasize their own brand identity — without visible Eventcove branding.

Positioning

Eventcove competes with established players such as Eventix (Weeztix), Paylogic, and YourTicketProvider, but differentiates itself through a transparent flat-fee model of €0.75 excl. VAT per ticket instead of percentage-based commissions. The focus is on small-scale events: sports events, conferences, local festivals, hospitality events, and venue-based activities.

Core Functionalities

Organization Management

Users register via Google OAuth, after which an organization is automatically created. Within an organization, branding (logo, colors, font family) can be configured, and team members can be invited with role assignments: Owner/Admin, Event Manager, Marketing, Finance, Support, Scanner, and Viewer.

Event Management

Create and edit events with date, time, location, description, ticket types, pricing, and capacity management. Support for multiple ticket categories per event.

Ticket Sales

Online checkout flow with payment processing via Stripe, automated confirmation emails, and QR-code generation per ticket. The ticket shop is fully themeable per organization and event.

Access Control

QR-code scanning via mobile interface with real-time validation. Scanners are invited per event through the role structure and have exclusive access to scanning functionality.

Admin Dashboard

Sales figures, attendee lists, financial reporting, and analytics. Marketing tools include discount codes, private links, and third-party integrations.

Venue Owner Access

Venue owners can be granted access to an organization with limited rights: capacity management, availability calendar, event approval, and location-specific settings.
