Sleaky

Straightforward Reservation Management

Sleaky is a booking and reservation system designed for local entrepreneurs who are just starting out, don’t want the overhead, and simply want to manage their bookings. The platform offers a mobile-first, WhatsApp-native experience that meets clients where they already are — no app downloads, no complex onboarding, no corporate pricing.

Positioning

Sleaky competes with established players such as Fresha, Treatwell, and Salonized, but differentiates itself through a transparent flat-fee model instead of percentage-based commissions, and a WhatsApp-first booking flow instead of a marketplace approach. The focus is on micro-entrepreneurs: barbershops, hair salons, nail studios, and beauty professionals who run lean operations and serve local communities — particularly multicultural neighborhoods where walk-in culture, price sensitivity, and community trust are decisive factors.

Target Audience

Local micro-entrepreneurs — independent barbers, hair salons, nail studios, and beauty professionals — who regularly handle bookings without requiring enterprise-level scheduling complexity. Primary focus on multicultural communities (Turkish, Moroccan, Surinamese, Antillean) in the Netherlands, where WhatsApp is the dominant communication channel and existing platforms fail to address language barriers, walk-in culture, and low average order values.

Core Functionalities

Business Profile

Users register via Google OAuth, after which a business profile is automatically created. Within a profile, branding (logo, colors, business name) can be configured, services and pricing can be listed, and staff members can be invited.

Booking Management

Create and manage services with duration, price, and capacity per time slot. Support for both appointment-based booking and walk-in queue management. Clients book via a shareable link, WhatsApp flow, or Instagram bio — no account creation required on the client side.

WhatsApp-Native Booking Flow

Automated conversational booking directly inside WhatsApp. Clients send a message, receive available time slots, confirm their appointment, and get a reminder — all without leaving the app. Powered by WhatsApp Business API with multilingual support: Dutch, Turkish, Arabic, and English out of the box.

Payment Processing

Optional prepayment or deposit via online checkout, automated confirmation messages, and no-show protection. Entrepreneurs choose whether to require upfront payment or keep it pay-on-arrival.

Dashboard

Bookings overview, client history, revenue reporting, and no-show tracking. Simple, mobile-optimized interface designed for entrepreneurs who manage their business from a smartphone.

Instagram & Social Integration

Shareable booking link for Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, and Story stickers. Reserve with Meta integration (Book Now button) for direct Instagram profile booking once Meta partner status is obtained.
